Shipping Instructions

  • Important Reminders to provide the highest quality data

    • You must collect and ship your samples on the same day.
    • You must ship your samples via overnight carrier. Please use prepaid UPS label.
    • You must ship your samples on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
    • Do not ship your samples on the day before a national holiday.
    • Do not put your kit in a UPS drop off box. Please drop off at UPS Store or Center.
    • You must include the frozen ice packs with your samples.
    • Your samples must remain cold. Do not expose kit to hot environments.
    • Do not rinse your bottles before using them.
    • Securely tape kit with shipping tape.

  • Want UPS to pick up your sample?
    UPS may have a pickup service in your area. Pick up service is acceptable if the conditions in the Important Reminders can be met.
  • Cannot use UPS?
    If UPS overnight service is unavailable, please use another overnight delivery service and follow Important Reminders above.
  • Note: The pre-paid shipping label is only valid with UPS. You will be responsible for any charges incurred by another carrier.
